These canvas bins exceeded my expectations. They are a nice sturdy matte cotton black canvas on the outside and a slightly plasticized surface inside. The black by the way is really nice and black. I can use the bins open on top or cinch the drawstring to hide an messy items. I use them in the trunk of my BMW X5 which is an SUV with a visible trunk. In California you live out of your car. Since I got a special car, I wanted to treat it right and keep things clean and tidy. I hide reusable bags for food shopping, baby toys, a change of clothing (in case of baby accidents or a change in the weather), and other items, cinched up with the drawstring top. I have two of them in the trunk and everything is black back there so it’s super discreet, clean, and organized. My only comment/wish/criticism is that I wish the drawstring was black. It’s the only thing white and when I cinch the top there is the white string sitting there. It’s so annoying, but the rest of it is so perfect I resisted sending it back. I may get some black rope and switch it out myself.

This basket is great for my basement – it has a plastic coating inside, so it protects my tools from moisture, because my basement gets flooded sometimes. Also it keeps shape really well. Totally recommend.

The canvas is thick and sturdy. The cotton material looks natural, no toxic odor, like in other brand baskets. Exactly as described. I would buy more. Recommend.

When I originally got this, I thought.. what the heck, it looks nothing like the photo! But then I realized I hadnt opened it all the way!!!! I recently got an SUV with no trunk, so this is where I keep my must haves, that used to be in my trunk. And its 100% perfect for that! I love it. Great product, works perfectly

Using it to hold onto things in the trunk of my car. Love how the drawstring keeps it closed and prevents things from falling out. This bin is made much better than I expected it would be! It can also fold down flat when desired. Very pleased with this bin.
