It works to a T
It works perfectly for truss rod adjustments on guitars with 1/8" requirements. I used it this morning. The length and handle gives me the leverage I need to carefully give the required quarter-rotations of the truss rod.

A bit long
Works great only thing is that it’s a bit long I didn’t see anywhere on here about the length before I bought it the pic of the item is misleading it looks much shorter than the actual item the pic looks like it’s about 4 inches maybe 5 when really it’s like 9 inches long other than that there’s no issues

Useful tool, unexpected shaft length.
Shaft is almost 8 inches long. I'd expected something shorter (and needed only maybe 3 inches).

It’s a T hex wrench. Does what it’s supposed to do. I use it for adjusting guitar truss rods.

Nice wrench, low price, but light-weight
The design is good, easy to hold, and the size is right. But the shaft rotates under pressures. I'm sure this is good for screws that don't require much torque, but in my situation I need something that will take a lot of torque. So I'll keep the wrench (nice feel -- and the shaft length is very useful) but I'll get another one for heavier torque situations.

It did its job well. It was a lot longer and studier than I expected.
