Hydra Needle Fine Touch Serum Applicator Derma Stamp 0.25mm (Serum is not included)

I bought this because it was recommended on a Penn Smith video. I was not impressed on opening it. I could not see the needles extend above the plastic case. However, after sanitizing and filling with my serum I used it on my face and it totally worked. It did indeed puncture the skin as well as allow the serum to come out easily. I have a microneedling pen but this was a quick, painless way to do a little shallow cosmetic treatment. Glad i didn't return it without trying it

I was interested in the concept of micro needling but everything I saw was pretty expensive and it came pre-filled with a product I wasn’t familiar with. With this micro needle applicator, you can use the serum of your choice which is a feature I really like because I like the serum I have chosen and I don’t want to change. I’ve been experimenting with it to see what works best. Before I put in my serum, I used it "dry". I waited till I had my full array of serums and moisturizers applied *then* I micro needled my entire face. I think I like doing it that way better because ALL of your face products can absorb better instead of just your serum! I could feel tingling which told me that the products were reaching through the layers of skin and not sitting on top. I clean it regularly with an alcohol soaked Q-tip. It's a great value for the money! It allows you to use the serum of your choice & you don’t have to throw it away when it’s empty! Simply refill with your favorite serum (or use it dry the way I do) and enjoy the beautiful results!

This is junk and Amazon shouldn’t allow it to be sold on here. It literally does not do a thing. The needs do not break through your skin and they don’t even sit high enough in the device to where they really even touch your skin. Using this device is essentially the same as what you’d be doing if you press sandpaper to your face. I literally drug it across my skin and it’s not even able to leave white marks like you can do with your fingernails. Plus, the serum rarely even comes out of it when stamping it on your face. Save your money because buying this is literally throwing your money in the garbage. P.S. you can see in my video that I stamped my inner arm as hard as I could and drug it back and forth across my arm as hard as I could and I have ZERO marks. I’d even the tips of needles were touching my inner arm where the skin is thin I’d at the very least have red marks, but my skin looks the same as it did before.

I had a facial a while back and my aesthetician used micro needling. I was very intrigued and loved the results, but the price was a bit steep. I did some research and came across this product. I used it on myself at home and absolutely love it. I purchased this product as a replacement needle system for my kit that I originally purchased. It is very easy to use. It does hurt a little bit so be prepared. Nothing unbearable.

I put five stars a while ago, but honestly, I don’t think it gets deep enough into the skin so…

Lost my Qure bottle. This works great as a replacement. Just expensive for a tiny replacement bottle, but it is the only one I could find that fits the Qure heads.

Perfect for microneedling

Able to use with my regular growth factor serum, GF15. Since I only concentrate on small areas with wrinkles, was able to use a dozen times. The last time, I noticed there was some redness an hour after application, so figure it's time for a new one. I do notice a difference in wrinkle smoothness.
