Lonely Planet Sardinia (Travel Guide)

I wanted a guide to highlight the ‘best bits’ to visit and do on a sort four day trip to Cagliari. This was ok but didn’t quite cover it for me. But the maps are excellent giving good detail of street names and locations.

This bok is nice with lots of useful information, BUT has almost no pictures.Don’t rely on this as a beach guide etc. as it is very hard without pictures to get a ”picture” (no pun intended) of the sights, beaches etc.It does have a couple of pages with 3 pictures in the middle (windsurfer, girl climbing a rock and a building) and at the end, but those are not very useful in my opinion…
