मेरी गलती ये थी कि कम्पनी पर मैने ज्यादा ही यकीन कर लिया था। इसलिए unboxing करने के बाद मैंने छोड़ दिया था। Test भी नहीं किया कि ये काम करता है या नहीं। समय भी नहीं मिला । लेकिन जब समय मिला और youtube video देख कर install किया पता चला कि किनारे से Display काम ही नहीं कर रहा है। इसलिए Enter & Exit button ही काम नहीं कर रहा है। जब Return का time देखा तो Return Period एक दिन पहले ही निकल गया था। 2 महीने में मैने 5 दिन use किया । उसके बाड print करले पर Lining आने लगा मतलब letters प्रिंट नहीं हो रहे केवल Lining आ रहा है। मैने complain register करवाया . 4 महीना हो गया है। पड़ा है कबाड़ की तरह लेकिन warrenty period होते हुए भी कम्पनी का कोई Response नहीं। तो मै तो बिल्कुल मना करूंगा इसे खरीदने से

Don't buy sensor don't work. Customer care don't respond and also had sent machine not working condition photo and video but they didn't even responding

Very worst product and service. My printer charge is not working within one month. I tried to connect last 2 month to replace that but not responding properly. And within few days ink cartridge also blocking. Not printing properly. I tried to order new but not responding that also. Very poor product and

Super product and worth buying it, customer service was soo good. At first , it is difficult for me to use the printer, but now it's very useful and easy to use, the customer service person teach me very well to use the printer and also explained how not to use also... So, for business people this printer will be the best choice, go for it.
