My 8-year-old daughter was having trouble concentrating, so I decided to try these gummies and they really helped her. She liked them because they taste good.

So far I think these work good or they at least don't hurt. My daughter has trouble with focusing but not enough she needs medication so I love this alternative. She doesn't complain about taste which she trends to do so that's good.

My kids like the taste and say they taste like Dots candy. I think they taste awful, but if they like them that's good I guess...unless they don't work.. They don't seem to have any effect one way or another on my kids. I have taken them myself and don't notice any better focus. Not worth it to me. We already buy magnesium calm gummies and I think those do help.

My husband has mild ADD and never has taken anything to help him focus or calm his brain down and it got really frustrating since his lack of remembering things made it hard. Our son has mild ADHD and we have looked for alternatives to prescriptions and this stuff is seriously amazing. My husband noticed a difference in one day, he was able to focus more at work and after a week he was remembering things better, even though this is designed for kids and teens, it works for him. We tried lions mane for my husband but it just wasn't helping. My son started to take them right before spring break hit and said he was able to get his work done in school better since he has a very hard time due to get distracted and wanting to talk so much. I have these set for auto delivery and will be getting them 3 times a month, the bottle comes with 60 and recommends to take 3 a day, so 1 bottle is not enough for a month, also getting an extra bottle will help in case you need a boost, usually after 5 hours it starts to wear off a little, so taking 2 more will help finish school and your day at work
