Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass® High Temperature Cooking Spoon, Tan, 15"

Love this spoon. I had previously purchased the spatula to test if Exoglass lived up to the claims and it does. Similar to a wooden spoon it doesn't damage the surface of pans, but this will not degrade over time like wood. Love this item, consider it an investment that will save on the cost of replacing wooden spoons over time.

These are perfect spoons for cooking. They are strong enough to stir, cut apart ground meat, and all in all work just like a cooking spoon should. I do not like silicone at all so I was very glad to find this brand to use for my non-stick surfaces. Goes though the dishwasher just fine. Have bought several. I wait for the sale prices as they are a bit on the higher price side.

I purchased one of these 20 yrs ago and it was time to replace it! This product is excellent quality and very durable. Dishwasher safe and a wonderful addition to any cooks utensils. I would highly recommend it!

I like these spoons and spatulas since they are sturdy, can be put in the dishwasher and do not scratch non-stick pans. I also us them in my stainless steel pans since they don't scratch like metal utensils. They do slightly stain after months of use, but this is very minor and does not impact performance. I pretty much have been able to thin out my kitchen utensil jar since I don't need to keep several wood spoons and spatulas in rotation and maintained.

A well-made spoon. I maybe should have got a smaller size, as this one is a bit heavy for my old hands.

I’m not sure how this amazing cook’s tool never made it on my radar, but I’m so glad I finally found it. For anyone who likes a great wooden spoon, but doesn’t like to oil or hand wash wood, this spoon is a wonderful substitute. I particularly love the rounded handle, shape of the spoon head and it durability. It’s perfect for cooking and baking. The only thing I don’t like is the extremely sticky label that the manufacturer puts on the handle that requires some sort of oil to remove. I’ve purchased the Exoglass spoon and all my Fat Dadio baking pans from this vendor, and have always been happy with the products and shipping.
