Worst product in this catagory
UV light doesn't even work for 5 days , i have replaced more than 20 lights in last 2 month , i have two similar products in my apartments....

Missing items in the package
The package did not contain the blue clip to attach while installing the purifier to the tap attachment.Other items were also packed improperly.

Do not buy, no replacement even in warranty
Unit started leaking within 6 months of use, very rude customer service. Product description says "one year replacement" warranty, but when I called customer support, they are saying not replaceable.

A good product. Efficient water purification. Under 5000. An water outlet can be put directly in storage bottle. Easy to maintain and clean.

Excellent experience
Just putting end to all who are looking for a decent purifier i would say that this is the best one calling them and installation was really smooth and specs are sufficient enough to counter all emotional words used by other purifier companies. For me i just got what I needed.
