It's a small package, but I knew that when I read the description. I purchased it to make tea, oil, and cream and it has worked great for each; I just wish there was a larger package.

This is the real deal. If you are trying to naturally manage your hormones and making your own yam cream, you need this!

It doesn’t say on the package whether or not it’s been cooked. You’re never supposed to eat raw yams, I think its cooked but I can tell. 🤷‍♀️
