Here are some of the things that I did see. Smokes while baking in the oven. Discoloration. Dough leaking through the holes. None of this is true. I am very satisfied with this product. First of all, I believe some people may be using it at too high of a temperature. When making hamburger buns, 350° at 20 minutes is the idea temperature and time. So, there was no smoked or discoloration while using this product. Finally, I believe this product is used for baking dough and not batter. So I find it very unusual that you should get any type of leaking from this product. I gave this product of five star because it is a wonderful product and I will be purchasing again.

A: The size of each bread slot of our product is 7.8 inches in length and 2.4 inches in width.

**Q: How long in inches are these buns? I want to make my own hot dog buns. I don't want the over all size of the pan , just the size of the buns they mak.**
A: Hello! The length of each bread slot of our product is 7.8 inches and the width is 2.4 inches, you can follow this to make hot dog buns. However, it is important to note that the dough will expand when making the hot dog buns, and the dough you put into the bread slots should be smaller than this size above.

**Q: What is the Maximum temperature for this pan?**
A: The maximum temperature is between 450 and 500 degrees farenheight. The temperature of most ovens.  As this mold is a bakeware form for bread dough just line it with parchment paper for easy removal of your baked goods.  It has holes or perforations on the bottom and Im not entirely sure why.  I guess so the bread or roll/bun is easier to "pop" out when cooled.

**Q: what about rising times?**
A: Rising times were the same for me as in any other type of pan
