I purchased this Pulse-Ox in mid 2020 as a precaution during covid and did not think much of it until I was recently diagnosed with a minor heart defect that causes me to have random bouts of SVT.Opting to keep it in my purse fir emergencies, I had no idea how helpful it would be until I had a cardiac emergency the other day.When this happens, my HR typically goes into the 260's, so I was not surprised when it wouldn't register, but once it got down into 230-240 range it did register!PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, NO ONE'S HR IS INTENDED TO BE THAT HIGH AND MOST PULSE-OX WON'T EVEN READ BEYOND 200's - SO I FELT IT WAS IMPORTANT TO UPDATE MY REVIEW HERE ON AMAZON.I am truly impressed that this device - not only has it lasted nearly 6 years, but it was also accurate compared to the professional equipment used on me by the paramedics.This device has really helped my gauge when I am in need of rescue medication vs 911! I would say it is the best $ you could ever spend if you have chronic problems with palpitations.Side note. This device came with a nice, gray, ribbon style/clip lanyard that I replaced with a smaller (light blue) wristlet. The lanyard it came with is still in tact, but I opted for the colorful one as a preference. Just want to make mention that the blue wristlet actually came with a silicone remote control cover for my Vizio TV that I placed on the pulse-ox instead.

This was perfect for keeping track of my partners heartrate and oxygen after she had been released from the hospital. She is on oxygen, and this really has helped a lot. Compared to the home health that comes here, it is exactly the same reading as theirs.

Good product- but these things are all a pain in the rear end to use— you have to wiggle it around and make sure you’re not getting spurious readings. This was verified by my neurologist the other day— and she told me to take a reading on my ear instead of a finger— but she didn’t tell me how to read it on my ear!I got this after a couple days in a hospital room when my oxygen saturation was down in the 60’s,,,,, maybe.

I'm well pleased. It allowed me to feel more comfortable while having an upper respiratory infection. With feeling like I wasn't getting enough oxygen it allowed me to not be as anxious. If you have acrylic nails, heavy nail polish or very long nails it may not work as well. I had no problems with having 95% or better blood oxygen but didn't know this until reading the accompanying material.

Bought this last year and it doesn't work on a regular basis. Good couple hours ago but now it just goes off even with new batteries. Has anyone used the same one for a good long time?

This fingertip oximeter does an amazing job of taking your pulse and oxygen levels. It’s easy to use, light weight and the numbers are nice and bright to read, and a great price too. This is a great oximeter to have.

This is so easy to use. We use it for my elderly Mom. It is comforting to be able to check her oxygen when we have a concern.
