I bought this to be a better fire poker for our outdoor fire pit and to use with my charcoal smoker. It’s very effective and not too heavy. Really useful that it is hollow and you can use it to blow air into a fire.

This was a good price. It works well for my purpose stoking pellets in a small fire pit. I don’t think it would twelfth with large combustible materials.

Impressive quality, sturdy and works like a charm. I loved it more than I thought I would. Looking forward getting a good amount of years from it.

While I do like the fact that it telescopes and makes it convenient for packing and travel, it also creates another direction for airflow to move. I really don't like the ring at the mouthpiece, I'm going to take it out. Finally the fact that the bottom has such a large hole makes it impractical. Cuts down on the force of airflow and the best way to use it is to put the end directly up against a piece of charcoal wood or something in the fire pit and blow out through the small side hole.

Great addition to my solo stove to move firewood in the pit easily.

This works great to stoke the fire and if it dies down it is hollow so that you can safely blow at a specific point instead of putting your face to close to the fire
