Excellent. Rolls easily. Recommend highly
Excellent. I expected good, but this is even better than expected. It rolls very well. Freezes well. Holds temp well. It is easy to disasseble and put the ball in the freezer. The case is very nice. The box is very nice. To me, it works better than ice cube or feeezing water in a dixie cup and there is no mess! It is the 1st of these that i've tried, but I love it

Excellent product
This product does exactly what you want it to do. It massages while icing. I had surgery on my elbow tendon, when I started playing baseball again and throwing after being on the shelf for a year my fore arm was getting really tight and sore. Using block ice to massage was not working well. It was painful and made a mess. Thus is great because you hold a part that is not cold ands the stainless steel ball rolls smooth and stays cold for hrs.

Easy to use, perfect size even for small hands
I have scoliosis and get horrible muscle knots in my right hip, buttock and thigh. I just put it in the massager in the freezer for a couple of hours and it truly stays cold for hours. I self-massage my muscle knots and the cold helps decrease the inflammation.

Great product - helpful & works well
This freezes well, holds its icy temperature & feels great on knots & strained muscles. Also cool that can pop out the ball & use under your calf or hamstring on the floor. Love it

Every home should have this self massager for all that ails the muscles and tendons, etc.
An excellent inexpensive devise to work out pain for overused muscles, tight muscles, etc. Use on tendinitis to speed healing. Push as hard as the body allows without discomfort. Works like a charm and saves a visit to the masseuse. Easy to use and really works for all of the noted ailments plus more.
