Combine With L-Citrulline for Crazy Pumps
Been using RAW Pump2 for about 3 weeks now as part of my afternoon or evening workouts when I don’t want to take a full stim-heavy pre. I’ve already got caffeine in my system from coffee, so I was looking for something to stack for better pumps—and this definitely delivers. Pump/Performance: You’ll notice a difference within 20–30 minutes of training—veins start to pop, muscles feel fuller, and the pump lasts longer post-lift too. Glycerol + nitrates combo is no joke. It’s not just a cosmetic pump either—it helps with blood flow and endurance for higher-rep sets. Especially noticeable on arm days and chest/back workouts. Combine it with L-Citrulline for the best results. Mixability & Taste: It’s unflavored (I got the unflavored version), and while it’s not pleasant, it mixes decently. Glycerol always makes things a little thick, so if you're mixing it with your usual pre or intra, just use more water. Slightly gritty but nothing crazy. I usually mix it with flavored BCAA or electrolyte powder.

1 ingredient - EPIC pump
Above and beyond the best pump I’ve ever used. Increase results by adding a teaspoon of salt (Himalayan but table salt will do too). It’s great to have a 1 ingredient pump without all the other unknown chemicals in other pumps. Unless you’re one of of the no pre, no headphones, psycopath lifters… then chances are you probably take some sort of supplements with crazy chemicals in it like me. This pump works extremely well, you can easily and safely add to your preworkout and other supplements. When I wanna get cracked I add some salt in there too like 1-1.5 TSP. Looking like the bad hulk from the Edward Norton hulk movie. Veins out the neck, striations like whoa. I won’t be taking this out of my pre-lift mix. 100/100

Levels up your performance and overall active feel
JUST WHAT I NEEDED. Having the talent at whatever you do and not having your body able to perform due to heat, exhaustion/fatigue is the worst. My first 2-3 times taking this I have been at my highest performance mentally and physically playing roller hockey in the heat. Last longer in my games. more effective. Able to withstand heat better. It really does aid hydration and give you an extra kick!

Glycerol Powder – Great for Lifting & Massive Pumps
Glycerol powder has been a game-changer for my lifting sessions. The muscle pumps are insane—my muscles feel fuller, more hydrated, and I notice a real difference in vascularity during workouts. It also helps with endurance, keeping me from feeling as fatigued during long training sessions. Mixing can be a bit tricky, as glycerol powder tends to clump if not stirred or shaken well. I’ve found that adding it slowly to water or mixing it with other supplements helps. Despite that minor issue, the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. If you're looking to take your pumps and hydration to the next level, this is definitely worth adding to your stack!

You Get a PUMP
I got this as a pre workout alternative without much knowledge on what it does. It has no flavor but it does have a gritty texture even when it’s fully mixed into water. I feel like I don’t have as much initiate “energy” as I do when I take C4 or caffeinated drinks and I especially didn’t notice a difference the first week I took it. After the first week I noticed that I started getting a bit more of an extended energy boost when I pair this with a little bit of caffeine like black tea or green tea. It helps build up energy over time and I’ve generally liked the results. Not sure if this is something either but when I take this and workout I notice a significant pump difference versus when I don’t take it.

It works!
Works great with my pre-workout drink. Mix this along with two capfuls of a liquid glycerol product for a total of 26 grams of glycerol. Also use creatine, TMG, and a few other ingredients. Man, the pump lasts for days!
