Excellent Pillow To Alleviate Neck Pain!
I can't say enough good things about this pillow. My neck has been in pain for the last year. I've tried stretching it and getting massages to alleviate the pain. A few weeks ago, my massage therapist suggested I try using a neck pillow because she was not able to help with my neck issues. I am a side sleeper and spent time searching Amazon for a pillow that would work for me. A friend (who had also been having neck pain) recommended this one. I did not buy it at first because the design looked strange and it was pricier than other pillows - but I was desperate so I finally purchased it. It is memory foam and it smelled awful when I unpackaged it. It needed time to "offset gas" so I put it in my closet for a few days before using it. Then, I tried it out. It is a firm pillow with a fairly heavy weight. Its odd shape is actually awesome because it's designed to function best for back and/or side sleepers. After sleeping on this pillow for two weeks, my neck pain has lessened about 80% overall. I'm actually able to turn my head side to side without pain. I highly recommend this pillow if you have neck pain. I use a standard pillow case over the pillow for easy cleaning.

Best one yet
The Donama Memory Foam Cervical Pillow has made a significant difference in my neck support and overall posture, both during sleep and throughout the day. Its ergonomic design helps keep my head, neck, and shoulders properly aligned, reducing strain and preventing the stiffness I used to wake up with. By promoting a neutral spine position, it has helped relieve tension in my neck muscles, allowing them to relax and recover overnight instead of being forced into an unnatural angle. One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is improved posture, even when I’m not using the pillow. By consistently keeping my neck aligned while I sleep, I’ve become more aware of my posture during the day, whether sitting at a desk or standing for long periods. The proper support also reduces slouching and forward head posture, which are common causes of neck and back pain.Additionally, the contouring design minimizes pressure points, preventing the morning discomfort that often comes from poor sleeping positions. With regular use, I’ve noticed fewer headaches and less upper back tension, which I previously attributed to stress but now realize was linked to improper neck support at night.Overall, this pillow has been a game-changer for both my sleep and posture. If you struggle with neck pain, stiffness, or poor alignment, it’s an excellent solution for improving comfort and long-term spinal health.

The best cervical pillow I've ever tried
Since I started using the Donada cervical pillow, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep. Its ergonomic design adapts perfectly to my neck, providing the necessary support to relieve tension and pain. The texture is soft and pleasant to the touch, which makes it very comfortable throughout the night. In addition, the pillow maintains its shape even after several uses, which demonstrates its excellent quality. Without a doubt, this pillow has made a big difference in my rest. I highly recommend the cervical pillow

Good, comfortable support.
I love this pillow. I get migraines and this pillow helps me sleep with a better neck position and I have seen a reduction in migraines and waking up stiff. I can sleep on my back, side, or stomach and find a comfy spot on the pillow. I wouldn’t say it is cool, but it definitely doesn’t get too warm. I never feel the need to ‘flip to the cool side’.I just got a second one so I could have one at my sister’s house and I didn’t realize that my other one had compressed a little bit. I haven’t measured it but the new one feels about an inch thicker, a bit firmer, and makes the old one (bought 3 years ago) feel a bit sad. I will plan to replace them every 2 years now.The covers are very easy to remove and wash. A standard pillow case fits well.

Súper confortable and supportive!!
Super Comfortable & Supportive! This pillow has seriously improved my sleep in just a few nights using it.It supports my neck and shoulders perfectly, and the two height options are great for finding the right fit. The arm grooves are a nice bonus for side sleeping too.I love that this pillow a have a removable and washable cover, but have the buttons to hold it in place. ( see pictures)It’s comfy, keeps me cool at night, and I wake up without neck pain now. Totally worth it!

It is comfortable- but not for me in the long run. Especially with TMJ & Cervicogenic headaches.
I really wanted this pillow to work for me. It was recommended for me to try from some friends over in my migraine groups who have sworn this helped alleviate a lot of their issues. I have a queen sized bed, so I ordered the queen pillow back in Nov 2024. I'm a small/short person (5'1), so I found the pillow a bit difficult to rest into because my head/shoulder ratio is just small. It felt awkward. I tried it both ways, and gave it a few months thinking I just needed some time. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust, and I thought all was good. Over time though, I noticed my jaw/ neck were throbbing and not doing so well when I would wake up- and it ended up aggravating my TMJ/ cervicogenic headaches/migraines even more. I ended up going back to my older foam pillow due to the fact it wasn't helping the issues I have.It was comfortable! It did keep me in position, provided support and kept me aligned. The cover is also washable and easy to throw in the machine. It was firm and I had no issues with sweating or any of that, but I do think my body type was just a no-go with this, at least for the size I had and how I was positioned within it. I know there are different sizes and i'd try one again if there is any hope it can help with my issues- but that is down the road.
