What size loaf (in pound) should be used in this pan?

USA customer service is excellent. When I purchased this pan the response to MY question was " it holds a little less than 8 cups of batter- so you would use 60-70% which would be about 4.8-5.6 cups". I was referring to cake batter and not bread batter.

I'm looking for a sourdough cocktail bread recipe to use with ythis pan, does anyone have one?

Any sour dough bread recipe for a standard loaf pan will work for this pan. There are a ton of recipes you can try on the internet.

Do you have a rye bread recipe for this pan?

I also am looking for a recipe for rye bread for this pan.

For how many grams of dough is this mold?

I don't know. I usually make a recipe and put dough in the pan until it's filled, then with the left-over dough I make buns.
