I am 6ft2, 1.91m tall and the (M/L) knee warmers cover about three quarters of my entire leg length. My upper thigh is at the lower end of the size range for M/L so was preparing myself for a looser fit but the elastic is still very tight around my upper thigh. They are not made of Gore Windstopper material (better if they were) but are still fairly effective. Quite honestly you could just cut up an old pair of leggings to do the same job. Covers more than other knee warmers I have. The upper part keeps folding back on itself when worn. And the sticky part underneath chafes the skin. I developed scratches using these when I never experience this previously with other brands.
