Great read.
4 ⭐️I was nervous to read this books because I read million kisses in your lifetime first lol and I think that book is for a younger reader. The FMC is very innocent. And I don’t love reader them sort of characters. I did like that book but I found this one to be much better. Obv it’s high school still and they meet when they are 14 but the story is over a period of years. The ending mainly being them much older. I wish half this book was with them in their 20s but I still enjoyed it.I actually read it in two sittings which doesn’t happen a lot. The story is gripping. I constantly needed to know what was going to happen next.Definitely recommend this book.Summer was sweet and innocent but written better than the other female I read and whit was a prick but I fell for him.Good bully romance.

Passionate and steamy
I enjoyed reading this book it was raunchy and very steamy 😛. I like my smut but I couldn't give this five stars because I was expecting so much more to happen than what transpired within 600+ pages. The chemistry between Whit and Summer was smoking and I did enjoyed the dark romance but I thought the journal would play more part in the conflict between Summer and Whit; it all felt rushed coming up to the last chapters I felt Summer didn't have enough motivation to grow.Overall a fun read a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.I will read the second book in the series.

4 stars and 4.5 spiceI read a million kisses in your lifetime before this and it became one of my favourite books everything about it was perfect so I bought this one thinking they would be similar.Wow was I wrong. KindaSo the main couple in this book is Whit and Summer (whit being the lancaster). This is a BULLY romance and it like a lot darker then I thought well it isn't really dark but dark enough. It's also 600+ pages and 80% spice so watch out for that because it took me for surprise just after reading million kisses in your lifetime which was not. So the moral of the story is don't compare 2 books by the same author.Anyway side characters of this are Silvie Lancaster (whits sister and summers bff) and Spencer (Silvies bf....kinda) which ✨️spoiler✨️ you might or might not really hate silvie by the end. I did anyway. So naturally will also get and read another book in the series all about her. I also thought that since the chapters are dual pov there could be more of whits pov since out of 60? Chapters like 20 were in whits pov.Overall really good book just wayyyy too much spice and bordering erotica ( as in for most of the book the storyline does not matter) however after 600 pages of painful bullying and extreme bruting bad boy whit shows some emotion and the end is kinda sweet.

Loveee
Really loved this book! It was so intriguing and I found myself reading it at 3am as I couldn’t put it down. Some people may not like the concept of Whit but you begin to warm to him!

Don’t understand the hype.
1.5⭐️In this bully romance, Summer Savage has enrolled at Lancaster Prep for her final year. She struggles to fit in, her only true friend being her journal.Whit Lancaster is the popular rich kid and the boy Summer kissed at a family gathering years before. Now they’re in the same lessons. Summer can’t escape the bad boy she hasn’t been able to forget. But he hates her and when he steals her journal their relationship becomes about blackmail.Err…where do I start? 😳This book had bare plot and zero chemistry between the hero and heroine. It was based loosely on a smidge of blackmail and pages and pages of spice which I grew bored of pretty quickly and started skipping. 🥱 IT WAS TOO MUCH!I hated everything about Whit; his ego, assumptions, his Jekyll and Hyde personality. There’s bullying, and then there’s Whit. The things he said to her were beyond vile. I read dark romance a lot and to me, this was like a little boy trying to walk in big man’s shoes. It didn’t work. He didn’t have any redeeming qualities that I could find.As for Summer, she was weak and pathetic. Her constant inner monologue of ‘I hate him. I don’t hate him. I hate him again’ drove me mad. I wanted to slap her. I wanted her to stand up to Whit more often and stick to her guns on the rare occasions she did. The second his hand touched her cheek, neck or hair she was a wilting mess. AGAIN. So repetitive. So boring. 🙄I wanted to DNF this a million times, but somehow found it in me to persevere until the end. It’s a given that I won’t be reading any of the other books in this series.

It's been a while since I read a good bully romance! This one, although more tame than some I've read before, was great. It was definitely more spice than bully but I still really enjoyed it. I'm very invested in Sylvie, I'm dying to know if my suspicions about her illnesses are correct. Altogether, fairly predictable ending but enjoyable anyway.

Enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed this book, it was my first bully romance & I enjoyed it! I am however sad I never realised there was a newer cover as this book doesn’t fit in with the others. So I will probably reorder for the new cover.
