This thing has power enough to blow the thickest leaves, even when wet. When our gas blower gave up the ghost, we were looking for something electric for ease of starting and lighter weight. Though this one is not that much lighter, it is WAY easier to start. The battery lasts long enough to blow leaves over about half of our very large yard before needing to charge. But it only needs a little over 30 minutes to charge, so you hardly get to finish your break. Plus, we have 2 extra batteries from our string trimmer and chain saw, so plenty of power to last a lot longer than we will. This one is easy to carry, even for a short person, and the longer nozzle lets you get closer to the leaves on the ground without bending or stooping. Overall, we are very pleased with this blower. I would not recommend it for a true professional who needs ultra-high power all day. But for the average homeowner it is more than sufficient.

Works great and has terrific blowing power! The battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would but the blower really blows. There are 3 settings and are easy to operate. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a good blower that doesn’t wanna spend $300 or more.

I was worried that this blower wouldn't be very powerful since ego has much stronger ones, but I can confidently say that this one has more than enough power. Great blower, and great price at $150 for the blower, battery, and charger. Much easier to use than a traditional gas blower. I haven't had any long term use with it so I can't say how long the battery really lasts or how well it holds up over time.

This blower is great for just about any task you throw at it, but it is a bit pricey. It has variable speeds and when you hit the boost button, anything in its way is blown away. My biggest con is the weight. This is no light weight machine. Unless you are very muscular, I would suggest getting the shoulder strap which does not come with this blower. Also a second battery is a plus as the battery only last approximately 15 to 20 minutes. If it were of lesser weight and a longer battery life I would have given it 5 stars

Greatest yard tool in the world. After years of raking, this is a miracle. I resisted spending time and money on a noisy blower. However, it's been a game changer for easy way to clear off driveway and yard. Considered returning, but love it too much. Now I "need" it for yard maintenance. Prefer it to gas and corded blowers my neighbors use. Simple and effective. Sure, battery needs to be recharged, but I love having the break to switch to another project for a bit...or use rake for a while. Highly recommend.

I've been using this EGO blower for over 6 months and I can't complain. The battery charges easily and holds its charge very well. The power is good--you can adjust the amount with a toggle switch and it even has a turbo button. I usually use it at the halfway point. It's not too heavy, either. Would buy again.

OK, it's a leaf blower. You don't use it a whole lot, though it is quite handy. You can knock all the excess grass clippings away after yard trimming in no time. And to my surprise after finally popping the money for one, it's actually fun! Especially now that I don't spend 15 minutes sweeping and bagging those clippings anymore. Really, tool people, get you a leaf blower. It's not going to be your most used tool, but you'll appreciate it. Ok, I've already got an EGO yard trimmer and an EGO hedge trimmer which you would do well to find a way to try out somehow. They are really powerful and no more fuss and muss with extension cords or mixing gas. You pop the battery in and you go to work. They are fantastic! So I got the leaf blower with the battery and charger, no good reason for that other than you save money on those by getting the package. That way I have an extra because the batteries are indeed, interchangeable with all the EGO tools accept the chainsaw. KNOW that if this is your FIRST EGO tool, you WILL need to purchase the one with the battery and charger. But if you have another EGO tool with the battery and/or charger, you can can save a considerable amount of money by just getting the blower. Now I got this one, which is 3 steps up from the entry level, simply because it was on sale at the time and the same price as the entry level one. I believe I'm glad I did. It really blows powerfully. And that's what's fun about it, if only for a couple of minutes. I believe it's totally safe though. My boys (adult) get a little stupid with it blowing their mouths all wild and open and for tick-tock and such. God favors the silly, but I put safety goggles on them and you may be wise to consider that when legiteamately using all EGO tools too. Like I said, they are powerful. Now a little about EGO batteries. The replacements are pricey, which I think is what detours people away from EGO. But know that they last a very LONG time. I got my EGO string trimmer with my first battery about 5 years ago and I regularly trim 3 big yards. It is just now beginning to loose charge time. And the chargers will last forever so you really only need one, which can save you some money too. I did get another charger and battery with the hedge trimmer package though, which again, saved me some cash by buying the package. This way I can always have a fully charged backup or two, which I sometimes need. Expect about 2 hours of charge for the lawn trimmer, 3 or 4 for the hedge trimmer, and I think the blower will hold charge forever. So, I'm an EGO fan and thinking about getting the chainsaw maybe if my gas powered one ever goes out. I hear it is very powerful too. The lawnmower is just too pricey for me at this point and I mow a lot of grass to be using an electric mower, but who knows? Now, I wouldn't consider this for professional lawn care. You guys would need like 20 batteries to get through the day with these. This is purely for landlords and personal yard work. And, I like it!

Lighter than gas and maybe equally/more powerful. Worth every penny. Turbo will eat your charge then it's hurry up and wait but charging is not the worst

How amazon UK can sell an american product which is non UK compliant regardless if you were to purchase an adapter is beyond me. No clear breakdown of this in the specifications and could be potentially very dangerous for those not in know. Very disappointing and very inconvenient.

I live in UAE which uses 220 Volts as a power source. The item is sold in UAE without mentioning this issue. The battery and charger were damaged with first time chargering. I tried to contact the seller because it's still in warranty, unfortunately, What I've got is Ignorence. Very upset from seller attitude.
