Brilliant stuff, better than anything else I have used, does not run everywhere, easy to get in the filters and stays there without being washed out. Doing its job well and is very reasonably priced too for the time this will last me

Easy to use in canister filters and it works really fast. If your biomedia dies for any reason, this is the quickest to restore it. Also, it’s good you can’t overdose on it. Have overdosed with others and then could not get rid of the cloudy water. The only one that has keeps my water cristal clear in a large tank slightly overpopulated with goldfish, which are notoriously messy.

So when cycling a tank, I am not the most patient person, I love to get things up and running as a fast as possible. Before I knew you could squeeze and old sponge into a new tank I bought many of these products, I’ve used them together with API aqua start and Fritz 7, in my opinion they don’t make it completely safe, it’s still a case of going slowly and letting the bacteria you’ve added grow, This is particularly gloopy, goes inside of the filter which is good, always recommend adding an air stone if you have a fish in it to make sure there’s enough oxygen in the tank
