Received fully sticky and cannot separate the tablets. I couldn’t use even a single tablet. Waste of money

Made my nails stronger, my hair come in a bit, bitter and darker

I've taken this brand for 4 months and I'm noticing a difference. A couple of my nails were separating from the nail bed. My GP recommended biotin and my nails are slowly repairing themselves. It didn't come on overnight, so you can't expect it to go away overnight.
