Does not come with the cam
I was surprised upon receipt of this item to find the cam (flat piece held on by a nylon nut) not included. I expected some form of a cam to be included as it is in the picture and of little use without the cam. I was able to purchase a couple of cams and very useful washers (with the oblong cutout in the middle and four gripper tangs on the perimeter) for mounting to wood direct from the seller. The only reason I give this any stars is these thumb turn styles are very hard to find while the key turn styles are plentiful.

Missing Pieces
It didn't come with the tightening 5/8 nut to secure it into the mailbox... Now I have to go buy it and hope that it is not a hard-to-find piece that I would need to order online!!!

Not exactly the cat's meow.
Found these expensive, for one, and not very useful on replacing the factory locks on my RV. Seems you need different kinds of arms to make them work with different applications and they are not provided. The CAMCO locks I got were more useful.
