We would be happy to send them to you directly if you reach out to us :) **Q: How much quercetin and taurine in each serving?** A: Quercetin: 5 mg Taurine: 4 mg **Q: What is the expiry date ?** A: At this current moment 8/23, the expiration date is 10/24 but for those reading this at a later date, that will of course change on the next batch currently being processed. **Q: I am currently taking these but just noticed the areds 2 trial used 400 ibu ( 180 mg) of vitamin e. however these only contain 20 mg of vitamin e???** A: The critical ingredients to the eye supplement are lutein and zeaxanthin. These ingredients are the important factors which make this supplement effective. Of course your body needs other important minerals such as Vitamin E which is why we include it in the ingredients but it is not the main reason this supplement works. The AREDS 2 formula has only 10mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin. We include 20mg lutein and 10mg zeaxanthin.
