We have only found it necessary to use a few times thus far but it has provided the relief we expected. Providex plent of heat relief and is reasonably priced.

They have an earthy smell(kinda like dirt). Very sticky. Took a moment to work. But once they ‘re working, the heat penetrates & relaxes aches & pains away.👍🏾

There were a lot of patches in the pack. There is a certain amount of heat but that the product doing its job. I’ve found them to be good for pains that I have in my legs. Good value for the buck.

Wish I had found these years ago. Getting expensive prescription Lidocaine patches and they didn’t help half as much as these do. Great product

Industrial strength adhesive. Tore out all my hair and nearly my skin. Don’t understand why you would put this on any place on your body.

I couldn’t live without these! The perfect pain relief without resorting to drugs.

I like that I can cut these to the size I need.Just the right heat for my notalgia.

Strong order! Stinky, but might do a good job, just hasn't worked for me yet
