I wish Nature's Way would have kept their old blend going because it was highly effective for sleeping well! Now I have to buy 2 separate products just to get the SAME EFFECTS as the old stuff sadly. Anyways, this is an effective product for sleeping as well thankfully. Enjoy! Anyway, I decided to take the maximum dosage it recommended (3 tablets) about 1/2 hour before bedtime. To my amazement, I eventually got to sleep, and could sleep through the night. I should note that I don't get a nice good deep sleep under any circumstances, one of the side effects of Fibromyalgia.
