Ann Clark Royal Icing Mix 2-pk, 4.3 oz each

This icing is incredible! I had a big cookie decorating party for ~40 or so and this icing was so simple to make and I used Ann Clark gel food coloring as well. She makes excellent products for cookie decorating. I will never make it from scratch again as long as Ann sells this product!!

Best brand on the market. Light, delicious flavor.

The liquid comes in a packet and you just add powdered sugar. It is initially a little thick and you need to add water to thin it out. It was my first time using royal icing. I really like how smooth it turns out and once it's set you can stack the cookies without the icing coming off.

Everything smells like nasty offensive perfume! The 2 icing bags came wrapped in a small plastic opaque bag and packed with other items that I ordered. As soon as I opened the box I was overwhelmed by a not pleasant fragrance!! I ruled out every other item as the culprit before realizing it was coming from the icing bags. Afraid to go through the effort to mix up the icing and taste it because I’m afraid I won’t be able to put aside the awful smell. Tossing these right into the outside trash bin

I was in charge of making last minute cookies for a family get-together. I did not have the time or desire to make traditional royal icing so I bought this on a whim. It was super easy to use and to thin out into different flood or piping textures. Worked great with my gel food colorings for all the colors I needed to make. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. It's also vegan for folks who don't eat animal products.
