5 amp batteries should work…. So should flex volt batteries.

Can this sprayer be used to seal fresh concrete?

I would not use this for sealer..use a cheap one, or buy one the is made for chemicals

can I use round up in it?

Yes you can put what ever you want in it.

What is the psi that is generated from this sprayer?

The box says 90 "max" psi, with ** asterisks that seem to depend on which nozzle you use.
