I put this in glass door of a nightstand. Very stylish.

The rattan is nicely stiff so it should hold its weave. I did see a few minor loose frays within the first 2’ of the roll that I can make unnoticeable, and after that I didn’t see any issues for the next few feet. The side widths are slightly loose so I’m not exactly sure how to handle. I’m not sure if I need to glue the side ends or if stapling with keep it in place, so I have to research a bit more before using.I am planning to spray paint since the natural rattan should hold color well—not sure whether I’ll use paint or stain to color the rattan but will test both beforehand and use an airbrush. It is hard to find an <18in. by 9ft.> cane webbing roll on Prime, so I was very excited to get this. It looks beautiful, and like what I expected. However, I would have preferred a darker color, if that option were available. Also, I wish it came in a cardboard tube, instead of being wrapped in paper. I'm not sure how I'm going to store it, because I won't be keeping the large box it came in.FYI, I ordered this on May 8 and it arrived on May 15. I don't mind at all that it took a full 7 days because I didn't have any urgent projects, but the listing does say it's only a 2-hour delivery so if you have that expectation, you should know that it may take longer.

I love rattan! All of my furniture in my bedroom is made of rattan, except one dresser. I’m going to use this roll to refurbish another dresser to match the rest of my room. This rattan is of nice quality. It had a tight weave I was surprised with how light it is though. It’s almost white in color. It is a little stiff too.

Quality of the cane was great but size of the webbing holes was larger than described in the ad. Can still be used depending on the project. Highly recommend soaking in water for 30 minutes prior to use for better flexibility and stretch.

The cane that was sent did not match the product description sizing and is shoddily made with inferior strips.The product description stated the distance between holes was .5 inches but the product that was sent was .75 inches. One of the photos shows the comparison with cane that is .5 inches.The holes are different sizes. The strips are inconsistent widths, some much wider than others. In some places the cane is as narrow as the width of a thread and would very easily break. The cane has numerous places where it is knotted, on both the top and bottom sides. There are places where one strip ends and another begins and the loose ends are sticking out. In some places the cane is twisted.I cannot use this product, nor would I purchase it again.

Not my favorite. Even after I soaked this in water it was still hard to work with.

This cane is such high quality!!! So beautiful! Make sure to soak it before attaching
