Works great and is easy to clean. It would help if the handle was a little longer so it would balance over my metal bowl. You're supposed to beat egg whites in a metal bowl, right?

Handle is too big and weighs too much. I cannot balance the separator on a glass or cup and use both hands to separate the egg. Seems a little awkward on the design.

This Egg white separator is great kitchen tool and it is very easy to use. Separate egg yolk from egg white and there is no dripping. The handle is solid and heavy. I use this little tool every day because I have friends who give me fresh eggs and I add the yolks to my cats' food, which they love. It is a simple but useful little tool. I like that it is made of stainless steel and therefore durable and easy to wash. I wish the part that holds the yolk was a big deeper, but it works well enough. There is something about it that keeps me from giving the product five stars, but I am not unhappy I purchased it.

Great Product

The egg white slots need to be thinner and not as sharp. Medium size egg yokes can slip through the slots, which then get cut open by the sharp edges. This definitely needs a revision.

I make recipes frequently that require separating a dozen eggs. The use the shell method is slow and irritating. This is easy to use and durable while saving a lot of time. Minimal storage space needed. I was surprised at how well made it felt when it arrived. Happy purchase!
