This thing is PHEN-NOM-EN-AL!!! When I opened it,I tried putting one of the blade cartridges on & it didn't snap into place, but tried one from an unopened pack & they snapped in. I didn't didn't realize it vibrated until I tried the old cartridges & accidentally clicked the button. It works GREAT, I HIGHLY recommend this product.
