Great shake product. Taste is good. The chocolate mixed with the vanilla tastes like chocolate milk. It’s only 110 calories per serving.

Taste good as instructed... tweaked it and now it's delish
I tried the chocolate flavor and prepared as instructed...and it was good. But now I make frozen coffee ice cubes and use them in place of using plain ice cubes and now I love it. I will reorder the chocolate but I'm excited to try vanilla and see what I can do with it... especially since this is strawberry season....yum

Taste
I wasn't to sure how the taste would be with water. I was pleasantly surprised that it was good. My husband and I are on the nutrisystem partners diet but this shake is an extra cost. So found it on amazon. Much cheaper on amazon for sure. It does work on the belly fat. I noticed after a week of using my tummy went down and lost 2 lbs. I use it for breakfast or lunch or sometimes as a mid afternoon snack. Really curbs the sugar fix and keeps me feeling full . I will continue ordering on amazon.

Taste is not bad!
I am giving this 5 stars because it does fill you up and curves my appetite. The taste is not bad either. I paired it with my Ryze coffee and a collegene.
