After 6 months of usage, watch suddenly stopped working, switched off completely. So I communicated with Amazon Executive on online chat and they shared URL link of Noise support to registered the warranty of product on Noise website. After followings all the warranty registration steps, raised case with Noise and got ticket number for reported issue. Within 24 hours got call from Noise Level1 team and assisted to follow up few tricks to try if can works, but no outcome and finally Noise team arranged pickup from door steps. Next day BlueDart delivery boy visited at home and took faulty watch. The main part, Noise was updating every stage of pickup untill delivery to their service centre through email and SMS. After 3 days, we got replied from Noise that issue has been fixed and watch delivered to my address. Next day I received the watch and it was great suprising to us that Noise gave brand new Watch. Really appreciated Support & Services of Noise.

Honestly the battery is very poor. If u use Bluetooth calling maximum one day. Also feature wise there can be more built which is missing like calculator, calender, BMI, women calender and move alert is not giving sound it just vibrates . Every time u connect to Bluetooth u need to add ur favourite contacts and most important is only one cust wat h can be added at once. All in all it is Ok product. I will be happy if company upgrades with many more features in next update.

Good one i am using it and its working fine only the small button works slow after sometime rest is good

U can't adjust volume of music or u can't see name of song playing in music player this basic feature is available in mi 4 band with cost 2k and even u can't add ur image as wallpaper only app provided wallpaper can set the only pro's of watch is Bluetooth calling and u can't access all contacts of ur phone only 8 , u can't silent the watch when call came even though there is option of speaker icon to silent but it's not making any effect ,totally waste of money don't go for it for 4k u will get lot more better smartwatch....it's smartwatch just for name sake

It is a great watch in the price bracket of 4000. Apart from the volume control which is lacking most of the other things are great. Moreover the battery life is good and nearly the same as claimed by the company if I use it with bt calling. The brightness of the watch is also good. Honestly I would say that if we put aside some minor issues, this product could be a great buy and value for money.
