Ray & Chow A4 Rustic Brown Picture Frame,Made to Display 6x8 with Mat or A4 (8.3x11.7) without Mat,Solid Wood and Glass Window,Tabletop or Wall Mounted

The frame itself looks great. But the sizes aren't the same as the description as I feel you loose a lot of picture. It says you can fit 6"x4" with the mount when really it only shows you 5.25"x3.25 of the picture. I can except you'd loose a few mm but 3/4 of an inch just feels too much. Iv attracted 3 pictures. The first is the picture on top of the mount so you can see the full picture. The second is using the mount. And the 3rd picture is to show how much you loose. I hope they can sort the mounting out as they are lovely frames. I just don't want to loose so much of my picture

I had been umming and ahhing about doing a picture wall for ages and stumbled on these for such a good price. The frames themselves are excellent quality and are very well made and MUCH higher quality than I expected for £60 for 23 frames! I did have an issue with a couple of the glass pieces having weird manufacture marks on them (a completely random fault I believe!) and they were replaced very quickly with no quibble at all. I am extremely pleased with the frames and they make my pictures really pop, much better than the ikea equivalents or the similar versions that use plastic rather than glass.Edit: I’ve added some photos of the wall. We found that the template didn’t work for the angle of our stairs so we had to cut each template out individually and follow the rough pattern as a guide. I’m thoroughly love them and have recommended them to all of my friends.

They arrived in a small cardboard box, no damage or issues.I opened it and took out a frame, each of the 3 in its own bubble wrap, so far, so good.popped a photo into the frame and it looked odd, the glass was dirty! tried to simply wipe it away with a kitchen towerl with no joy, I then took the photo out and looked at the inside of the frame. All of them had mould issues as you can see in the photos.It looks like these frames are stored in their bubble wrap somewhere where there is damp, they are then packaged into the small cardboard box and sent (there was no indication on the box of mould).I dont know if this is only recently a problem but I have returned the frames as any photo that goes in the frames will go mouldy over time.

This is a great set of frames and we have already received so many positive comments from friends that saw them. Great value for money as well! Unfortunately when we were hanging them, one frame fell and the glass broke. I contacted the seller and they responded within hours. They were polite and more than happy to help. They did not only send me a replacement frame but a whole set. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you

An excellent product, very well made & finished. The 11 pack & 23 pack both came with 3 large drawings/stencils to help put up the frames in a clear & smart pattern. A very helpful feature when trying to organise so many frames onto a feature wall. The seller went out of his way to help me & organise a quick delivery on both parcels. I would highly recommend these frames to everyone & the fact that the seller was responding to my emails on a Sunday says so much for him.
