Project Management Metrics, KPIs, and Dashboards: A Guide to Measuring and Monitoring Project Performance 2nd Edition

I am a huge fan of process and process metrics as a critical source of project management decision support information. Different types of projects have different needs, and this book helps regardless.

The first edition met my initial needs and the second edition provided additional information that was very useful. I do recommend the books to those wanting to understand and use metrics, KPIs and developing dashboards.

Harold R Ketzner is definitely a guru in project management. ..all information in this book is excellent...the illustrations of the tools are useful

The author merely introduces the concepts and presents wonderful visually stunning examples; however does not provide readers with the applied knowledge needed to create their own dashboards.

Enjoyed the affirmation of a comprehensive approach to measuring performance. I would have appreciated a few more examples from other industry disciplines.
