This product works, I have been sharing these allicin supplements with my co-workers and they did not get sick. They are very potent all you need is one a day. The garlic smell does not stay on your breath after you swallow the pill with water. For the price and the quantity you get, this is a good deal. I keep some with me just in case I need it during this winter season. Allicin Max is the real deal flu/cold preventer. It definetly boosts your immune system.

Great deal. Seems to have been working well at keeping me from getting sick as often as I had been prior to taking allicin max. I don't think it's placebo effect either. I was literally ill nearly every single WK last yr. I had to do something to change the trend. I ordered this and have been taking 1 to 2 per day, 3 on days when my child coughs all over me, and I have (cross fingers) been sick only once so far this yr, and it was mild. she and my sister, have been battling a miserable virus they got from my mother. It's going on wk 2, hacking cough and congestion, and I still haven't contracted it yet, thank God. I hope to slip thru and not get it. My daughter can only take 1, she's only 3. Days I give it to her, she seriously improves, but it can only do so much. She can't take more according to recommended dosing.

After discovering it is the allicin in the garlic that is the power-house of health benefits...this is a superior product and a reasonable cost. My husband and I take one daily and if we feel any thing coming on, we double up.
