An Absolute Beast of a Flashlight
If you're looking for a flashlight that doesn't just perform but absolutely dominates, stop your search right now. The Olight Warrior 3S isn't just a tool; it's a revelation in reliability and power. After putting it through its paces, I can confidently say it's one of the most impressive flashlights I've ever owned. **Blindingly, Brilliantly Bright Let's start with the obvious: this thing is a light cannon. The 2,300 lumens maximum output is no joke. With a simple double-press of the tactical tail switch, it unleashes a concentrated beam that cuts through the darkest night, illuminating objects hundreds of meters away. The throw is incredible, but the spill is also generous, providing excellent peripheral vision. Whether I'm checking on a strange noise in the backyard, lighting up a trail on a night hike, or searching for something in a vast, dark space, the Warrior 3S makes daylight out of darkness. The dual switches make accessing Turbo and the stroge function instantaneous—exactly what you need in a critical situation. **A Battery That Just Won't Quit The "long-lasting battery" claim is a massive understatement. The included custom 3500mAh battery is an absolute workhorse. On a medium setting (around 300 lumens), I've used it for multiple nights of dog walks and it barely made a dent. The runtime is phenomenal. And when you do finally need to charge it, Olight's proprietary magnetic charging system is a game-changer. It snaps on securely and charges incredibly fast. No more fumbling with cords or unscrewing ports and worrying about water resistance. It's the most convenient and worry-free charging solution on the market. **Built Like a Titanium Tank The "solid well-built" quality is the first thing you notice when you pick it up. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The aerospace-grade aluminum body feels incredibly robust and durable in hand, with a perfect weight that signals quality without being overly heavy. The knurling provides an absolutely secure grip, even with wet or gloved hands. It feels like it could survive a drop onto concrete, and I have no doubt it would. The IPX8 waterproof rating means rain, splashes, or even a quick dunk are no concern at all. This is a flashlight built for professionals and demanding users—it inspires total confidence that it will work, no matter what. The Verdict: The Olight Warrior 3S is a masterclass in flashlight design. It seamlessly combines brutal, on-demand power with incredible convenience and a build that feels utterly indestructible. It has earned a permanent place as my go-to light for home defense, outdoor adventures, and any situation where failure is not an option.

The best flashlight I have ever purchased!
This isn’t the first Olight flashlight I purchased and I can promise you it won’t be my last either! This flashlight is incredible in every way, I’ve been carrying this flashlight daily for over a month now and it shows no signs of wear at all, it feels very durable and almost indestructible (not planning on testing that theory), and I’ve only charged once since I’ve gotten it and that’s only because it went down from 4 bars to 3 bars, the battery life on this is out of this world! It’s also extremely bright but offers multiple different light settings in a very intuitive manner, I will say it does take a bit of getting used to when it comes to what the side button and tail switch do as in the moonlight mode, the strobe mode, half and full turbo, and the light sequence pattern, but it also features memory mode and momentary on which I think is really cool! Another note, this flashlight is not as big as Amazon makes it look to be, it’s actually very lightweight and compact for its size making it really easy to carry daily, definitely not a small flashlight but not so big it becomes annoying to carry. One of my favorite things about this specific light by Olight is the reversible pocket clip, I prefer to carry my light tip down and with this light you absolutely can do that! To end off I’m sticking with Olight from now on for all my flashlight needs!

Great light. Best Ive ever had. Watch out for heat when on high.
Best flashlight I've ever had. I can hold down the side switch and its dim enough not to wake the baby. You just hold the side switch and it will start getting brighter. If you need bright immediately, just hit the back tail cap and it is blindingly bright. it produces a lot of heat on high but curiously enough, it takes forever to run the battery down. I use it daily and haven' charged it in 4 months. Still showing full charge.

Holy bright! Got this for my son and he loves it. Easy to use, easy to charge, he was very impressed with the brightness - worth the money!

Fantastic light… with a couple caveats…
Great flashlight: small and sturdy, VERY bright (especially for the size), a great range of output settings (moon is just enough to see where you’re going, while full is amazingly bright… A couple issues, and a fix though: 1)The flashlight gets quite (almost uncomfortably) warm when on full for any length of time. On the other hand, LED’s DO produce heat, and with this much light output, the heat needs to go somewhere to maintain the life of the LED, and the case as a heat sink is really the only (and genius) option. Design flaw: not really. If you need full brightness you’ll have heat; a lower setting won’t be as warm. 2) The side button is not easy to feel when you grab the flashlight from its pouch and want a low setting while in darkness. Design flaw: I think so. A raised bezel would protect the rubber from unnecessary wear and provide a useful tactile clue where to locate the button. 3) The rear button is amazing! It has 2 settings: a light press turns on medium, a hard press turns on full. It’s magnetic, so if you’re in a tight space, or need both hands, if something steel is around, just slap it on to that to keep the flashlight in place! 4) Unfortunately the back button is MAGNETIC, but also serves as the contacts for the charger. If you work around anything resembling metal fragments/shards/wires, it’s possible for them to bridge both electrical contacts on the charging base, causing the charger to not work. Design flaw: well, yeah, despite the convenience of the magnetic charger and ability to attach the light to metal to hold it, this isn’t ideal. 5) usually the magnet issue is easy to fix: thoroughly clean all metal bits that may have collected… not always super easy since the magnet is strong. Still, LOVE this flashlight and would recommend fully!

Great light - best bang for the buck.
I tried the Arkfield Pro. I liked the size of it but not as easy to grip as the Warrior. The light is more of a flood light than a beam like the Warrior which I need more of. The Arkfield had the uv and laser which were cool but not practical day to day, plus it’s better we don't see day to day what the uv light can show - yikes. Don’t buy if you have OCD related to cleanliness at all. Warrior is a little bigger but better overall to grip, much more powerful with the beam, better tactically with the bottom on bottom for . For me, this Warrior is better and everything a flashlight should be. Powerful for its size and price is worth it. It's also very well constructed - rugged/tough. The sensor in the end is good for some things and bad for others. If you want to use it through a window, you can’t hold directly up to window otherwise it lowers its intensity. It's still a 9 out of 10 starts flashlight, but 4 or out 5 is closest. Edit: Last thing I don’t like is the end button for the max setting, only seems to work when battery is 75% or more charged, unless I am missing something. Wish you had that option for as long as battery had any charge to it. I’ll still leave it as 4 stars because still worth buying because you could charge every night and not worry about this, but I charge maybe once every couple weeks.

In the top 99.99% of flashlights
This is the flashlight that I carry every day. It has easy access to ultra-low mode on the side switch and instant access to ultra-high mode on the tailswitch. I can enter either mode in the dark by feel and when wearing gloves. Using the side switch to change modes is simple. The flashlight will tailstand to light up a room. It will not roll off a table. The clip is bi-directional There are very few flashlights work as described above. The interface alone makes this one of the best, if not the best flashlight available for my purposes. I thought I was going to prefer USB-C charging to the custom charging of this light. Why would anyone use anything other than USB-C now? But this is the only flashlight that I charge nightly. Sometimes I need to cover the charger light as it can be bright in a dark room at night. I have never run the battery down on this flashlight since each morning it is fully charged. I now prefer this charging system to a regular USB-C charger. I wish Olight would sell the retractable MCC3 charger with USB-C input. It looks great but is never for sale. It took about 30 minutes of practice with the user interface to get comfortable with it. If you don't want to spend 30 minutes learning an interface or if you don't need immediate access to low and high, you might want to consider a different flashlight. For me, this flashlight replaced a tactical light and a casual use light. It does everything well.
