For those mixing protein with banana in a blender - the taste is very acceptable, no significant differences between the shred and regular one. It serves purpose.

The jar is 3 times bigger then the amount of product.
I don’t know why this was done, but the jar is three times larger than the amount of product. An unwise marketing move? A filling error? Either way, it looks like deception that wasn’t necessary.

Worked well for me
During 2 months of taking, it has helped strength and muscle growth.A likely reason of the effect is creatine content (2.5g in a scoop)Nevertheless, cannot give 5 stars cause the taste really sucks. It is also harder do dissolve in water compared to whey protein. Shaker bottle is a must.
