I've tried many devices like this, some work better than others but for me - these have worked the best. I've used them for years n wasow. This last order was slightly different, on the inside is a small catch to help keep them in place. It looks too small to do anything, but they work. These stay in place so much better. With the previous versions, I'd usually wake with them still in place, but often would find them neary pillow having come out in the night. Since this last upgrade, hasn't come out once. They work great and are comfortable too. Highly recommended.

Pro: the little barbs keep it hooked in your nose for sureCon: the little barbs hurt after a whileThey definitely keep your nasal passage open, and they stay in place, but I'd only use them for a couple hours at most. I prefer the softer ones without the barbs, but they slip out too easily. Guess we need a middle ground still. I cut the barbs off mine but they still irritate since the cut isn't even. These feel like a different, stiffer material than the softer ones.

This didn’t work for my snoring, I was hoping it would help but it didn't. May work for others just not me. It was comfortable and stayed in place.

The title pretty much sums it up. Not much good for running with because it falls out after about a half mile.There is a little hook on the nasal septum sides that is meant grip to hold the product in place which causes the irritation and pain for me.Once I realized that the product was not useable for running (because of the falling out) I trimmed / cut off the hook and used it for sleeping - perfect!I would give it ⭐ because it didn't fit the need for which is was advertised and why I purchased it but give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the modified version.

I originally got the one pack orange and mistakenly threw it away, so I decided to get the clear ones this time, and mistakenly got the sport version, not knowing what the difference was. Evidently they have tabs that lock it into place on the inside of the nose, and they hurt !!! I cut them off to make it usable but there's still a rough spot where it should be smooth ... The original ones are much better.

It fits great inside. But it pinches the Columella of my nose so hard that it leaves a dent when I take it out. I wish they sold it in large.

I have nasal cavities that swell up when I lay down. My left side completely closes off. I have tried so many products trying to find the best in comfort and effectiveness. So far, this is the one! It opens both nasal cavities and I slept through the night. I have a tiny nose and the medium size feels a bit too big. I’m going to try the small next. I will buy this again.
