Lots of storage for reasonable price!
I'm using this drive as a media server and was originally concerned about the speed of the drive for streaming. My concerns were unfounded as this drive performs PERFECTLY! Lots of storage and the pricing was just right. Excellent expansion drive!

Massive Storage and Great Performance!
The Seagate Expansion 14TB External Hard Drive has been a lifesaver! With its enormous storage capacity, I can finally back up all my files, photos, videos, and even my extensive media collection with room to spare. It’s plug-and-play, so setup was a breeze—just connect the USB, and it’s ready to go. The data transfer speeds are impressive, especially for such a large drive, and it runs smoothly without any lag. I also appreciate that it’s compact and doesn’t take up much desk space. If you’re looking for reliable and spacious external storage, this Seagate drive is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Great product but actually 12.7 TB
This has been working great so far for me. It has been the best bang for the buck I could find! But one thing to note is that the capacity is actually 12.7 TB and since 1TB is 1024 bytes, it's about 14,000,000,000,000 (or 14e12) bytes.

Great value for the space
Great value for the size and space. We use these for backups and they work great.

I've had it for a couple of months and it's been working fine
The hard drive works as advertised. I actually bought a USB-C to USB-B connector and it still works fine doesn't improve the speed, but makes it easier to hook up to the rest of my other devices. Solid by for archiving, but wouldn't use it for anything that you need for transfers.

Price was amazing for the amount of storage
As advertised. Great alternative to PC internal hardrive for us less than tech Navy people. Plenty off space for my son's many, many games

DIED AFTER 5 DAYS
Where I live storms and falling trees and branches take out power lines 3 or 4 times a year. Sometimes outages can last for days, and I need to run my home on a generator. So, I bought this hard drive to back up my media files so I would have access to music and movies if the power went out. I wanted a drive with 6TB+ storage that I could format to exFAT, because that’s what my current media player (onn. Google TV 4K pro) reads. Because I wasn’t planning on accessing it frequently, I didn’t want to the hassle and expense of setting up a NAS. I was uploading a few files a day to the drive and organizing them. I was about 90% complete and I still had about 8TB of unused space on the drive. I was very satisfied with my purchase, THEN AFTER 5 DAYS it started making a scratchy chirping noise; it actually sounded like there was a teeny tiny dial-up modem dying inside of it. Now the drive is no longer detectable by any of my computers or devices so I’m returning it :-(
