You should talk about a company when it does good as well, and not just when it makes a mistake.
I have had this set for like 9.5 months, but started to notice that the 10.5 inch skillets' non-stick surface was bubbling in a couple of places. I wound up contacting the manufacturer about the defect, and they didn't give me any issue. They promptly replaced the defect, which arrived here yesterday.I have nothing to say bad about a company that went out of their way to make sure they stood behind they warranty.Hats off to Tina (for resolving my issue), and Hailey (for following up). Also Chefs Bravo is a standup company.

Perfect gift
This was a Christmas gift for our daughter. She is settled into her first home and we wanted to get her a good quility that will last. We looked at them before wrapping and they really seem to be a good quality. Heavy and durable. We were very excited for her to open. She loved them! Now time will tell if they meet expectations.

Good set with stainless steel utensils
The sets of pots and pans I have used usually are between $50-$100. I can say this was an upgrade for our kitchen, and the difference in the quality is quite noticeable; however, the cleaning is not so different. Cleaning a set worth $50 and these are the same and easy. Over time the connection part of the handle and pots get stained and will require additional treatment to clean.Only the removable handles don't get this issue easily. However, I do not consider this a deal breaker. For me, heat distribution and handling are essential; this set passes all these. The kitchen utensils are also metal, which is a huge plus. I recently changed all my plastic kitchen utensils to wood, but I couldn't replace some. Although I didn't consider the stainless steel utensil, with this set, I see I can use both wood and stainless steel. This is a great set, and the stainless steel utensils are a plus. I can defiantly recommend this set.

Great for induction stovetops
I got a new stovetop (induction) and had to get new pans. These work great, they look amazing and the price was good.

Great except for the non stick skillets
These stainless pots and pans are wonderful for this price point. That said- I wish they came with stainless skillets and none of this coating. It has started to bubble and come off around the rivets. Useless to me now as I do not trust ingesting this material. Also- my set did not come with any cooking utensils.

Nonstick?
Previously; Only the two pieces are nonstick, but I like this set! (And I love my new induction range). I probably did something wrong, but after using once, the insides seem discolored or affected somehow. The food made a reaction or something. I don’t care; I still like them a lot. (Opinion changed, see below)Update: first of all, I got the stainless steel pans pictured above, not the darker ones with wood handles. I don’t know why there are other pans on this review site. Now I have had time to use more of the pans. The non-stick skillets SMOKE, even on a lower heat. I really don’t like that at all. It is worrisome, like is some chemical leaking into my food. When I tried to heat the pan first like the directions said, then put oil in there to heat, it caught on FIRE. Now I’m afraid to use the skillets! This purchase might not have been such a good thing after all.
