We share a bedroom with our 3 month old, who is very sensitive to sounds when he is asleep. I usually play rain sounds on the tv on youtube, but the ads that would play randomly and the light from the tv were starting to keep me awake. I found this sound machine and man, I’m glad we bought this. I love the nature sounds and variations of white and fan noises. I love the nightlight and the fact that you can adjust the brightness, but even at its brightest, it is not bright enough to keep you awake. I changed the light to red and it keeps me from ‘waking up’ fully, but still able to see close to my son’s crib when it’s time for a middle of the night bottle. I love the sensitive touch analog that makes this feel high quality (it IS high quality, but you know what I mean) and that you can set a timer for it to turn off. We keep ours on all night to the thunderstorm sound, and we love it! Very much worth it and I would buy another one for our own bedroom one day!

My first day of use impression it has better control design features than seen on other types of this kind of Sound product. Mainly on how the buttons work in selections and being briefly illuminated. This Sound device also has a Headphone plug in "option" I didn't see as offered on other manufactured brand units. The "only" thing I might of added to the design is a tilt up feature if you wanted to angle the direction of its speaker. I achieved this anyway by using a cell phone stand, that angles, to set this round sleep sound machine on. / Addition to my Review Later Update; After using this Sound Machine a while I took advantage of its “headphone plug in”, and utilized a set of Computer Speakers with their own power and volume control, to plug into this Sound Machine, bypassing its one built in Speaker. Putting the Computer Speakers on both sides of my bed’s headboard I now get a Stereo Effect, from this Sound Machine. Such an enhanced improvement where instead hearing the Sound Machine’s output from a one speaker direction, then getting to hear it in surround sound when going to sleep. Much more soothing to the ears I discovered and easy to set up.

Bought this for myself because I cannot sleep with the tv on but I need a fan noise to sleep and it has many fan sound features.Has lullabies and white noises for my kids!You can adjust the volume also with a timer and works as a night light. It’s perf!

Purchased this to help with my new puppy’s barking. A friend suggested I get a couple of these devices and it has been helping. I really like the shape and the size. I also like the discreetness of the item. The last thing I wanted was another electronic device to put on a counter. What I like about the wood grain as it blends in. I do think it’s a little pricey for the wood grain, but I’m very happy with the purchase. Nonetheless there are many options for different sounds. I like that it is a not battery operated because it will probably last longer. I bought a second one after buying the first. Would recommend.

Nice machine, just wish it came with an instruction manual, had to look it up online to see how it worked.

Great buy. I like to have a little white noise while I sleep. With 2 little ones who can't sleep with the TV on, this has been a guy addition to our routine. It even doubles as a nightlight.

Easy to use! I love the fan sound. I bought for my son for when we travel but I’m thinking I might buy one for myself! Looks nice also.

This is the second one I bought. I had to go out of town and my husband and I both need the noise machine to sleep. It is a great machine nice size, ours runs all night. I like the light for when we are out of town and need a night light.
