FYI: THIS IS NOT A ROCK PI 4 B+
This is important because the OS that is made for the Rock Pi B+ does not work on this board! You need to use an OS that is for the Rock Pi SE. The listing that I bought this board under is false, but that is actually good because the SE is the latest board in the line. I suggest that whoever is selling these fix the listing title though because I suspect many people are trying to use the wrong software and think their board is a dud.The board that was sent to me is actually a really nice board. I've got Debian installed and there are plenty of things that I can mess around with. So far I'm very happy.

Works great, order extra 32 gig micro ad cards
Works great, order extra 32 gig micro ad cards. I was able to load and run hassio Home Assistant OS. It's a good idea to make backup copies of whatever you run on this PC incase sd fails.

First impression
It took me a while to figure out how to get it running, I thought it was bricked just as another reviewer here.Appearantly my SBC came without any preloaded OS so the light was green and nothing happened. As soon as I flashed a sd-card and inserted it the board booted up as it should with a healthy blue light heartbeat. Also I notice some of the information here is off, the cpu is 2.0 GHz.

This is NOT a raspberry PI but can do everything a PI can.
I ordered 3 of these to display a webpage on TVs around my office. I originally thought they were knock off Raspberry PIs but then realize once I tried booting one to an SD card from a pervious PI build, I relieved this was not the case. To my surprise, they can run Android, Linux, and Windows IoT and in my opinion better then the Raspberry PI hardware. All the GIOP pines are programmable. With Pi shortages, I believe I will be order this hardware from now on.

Difficult but awesome
It takes more effort than an RPi to configure but it's awesome when up. Fast and so far stable. It runs hot stock so you definitely need a cooling system. The little sticky heatsinks won't cut it for moderate to heavy usage. Running armbian on it so far it's been more stable than my RPi4.
