Broken Pieces, Terrible Instructions
I have never written a product review before for anything, but I needed to say something here. I ordered this chair thinking it would be a good alternative to buying a $250+ DX racer chair, but also at $180 not a cheap chair that would break after a year. The first time I ordered the chair it came damaged, the plastic around the hinges had broken in the shipping. I sent it back after I noticed it and ordered the same chair. The packaging wasn't nearly as damaged the second time, but when I opened it, noticed immediately that this one too had broken. Now all of this could be the fault of the shipping, but it's been the same parts that are broken each time. The plastic at the connection between the base of the chair and the back has broken both times. I didn't want to send this one back because the damage wasn't as bad, so I decided to build this one and see if I liked it. The build was going well enough, aside from the plastic part being broken limiting me to only one cover on the hinges. Then I got to the armrest. The instructions on the armrest are nonexistent. And with that, I forgot to put the piece in that allows you to adjust the height. After getting it all put together, I noticed the lever to adjust the height of the chair was also broken. I also realized that the top of the chair is lopsided and bent. Now, all that being said, the chair is sturdy, and relatively comfortable. However, I am tall and have broad shoulders, and the shoulder part is not wide enough for me. Overall, the chair is not a good enough product for the money, and I am returning it and spending the extra money.

Not a "big and tall" chair as advertised 4 months old and practically un-usable
Just received my chair and got it all put together.. Lets just say its is very easy to assemble.. took me 15 mins out of the box.. During the assembly of the back portion most of the washers got stuck inside the chair while removing them after about 5 mins of digging around inside the vinyl i recovered most of them and got the back put on.. when doing this i realized that one of the plastic side pieces that come on the bottom of the chair were cracked. no big deal may have happened in shipping since the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. when putting on the cushions all of the elastic material slid out of the buckles which i had to re-do and put a knot in them to keep them from coming out.Now for the comfort of the chair.. the chair is pretty wobbly which kinda sucks but compared to my old chair ill live with it.. This is advertised as a "big and tall chair" which it is but just barely.. anybody close to the weight limit of this chair just simply wont fit in it comfortably. Me being 6'1'' 285 I just barely fit in it. The arm rests seems to sit too far back for my liking it seems like i will only use the front 1/4 of them. In addition the bottom (where your butt sits) is very short.. I wish this seat was a little deeper and it may be worth the money.. I guess for $200 we will see how it goes but more than likely i will be returning it..Update: 11/18/17Ive had this seat for around 4 months and now the gas shock wont keep the seat up.. This is a very low quality chair and i will not purchase another Kinsal Chair... I guess you get what you pay for.Pros:got it in 2 days with PRIMELooks coolCons:see the paragraph above..

It's a decent chair
For what you're going to be for this I'd say that it is three star worthy chair, when I received it the box was torn and ripped (it arrived like that to the UPS department). As I was preparing to assemble it the washers didn't stay on the chair when removing the screws, so it was difficult attaching the back and seat together. Other than the two main pieces the leg, wheels, and armrest were simple to attach. I do love the fact that the chair reclines really far back!

Kinsal High-back Gaming Chair (Black & Blue)
Overall fits what I needed. The seat was not as long as I had thought but not a major issue for sitting as I use mine at work. Having the ability to move the lumbar and neck pillows is one of the better features besides being able to handle big guys. The only piece that would have made me give it a 5 is the inability to recline back. Would have been a nice added touch but figure it had to be a trade off for being able to lay back flat. One caution, when laying back flat ensure the retention spring is tight enough and you have one leg arms wheel facing back. Luckily I caught myself prior to going to the ground. Nice fit, comfortable and at the right price. Cheaper than some of the ergo chairs purchased where I work.

Looks good... but good luck if you need parts or warranty help
DO NOT BUY! NO SALE SUPPORT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE! I purchased this chair about 37 days before the right arm rest busted off and the head pillow stitching has come undone. Really has been lightly used in the 37 days of ownership. However it breaking 37 days in I can not return to Amazon. My chair did not come with a warranty plate or card either. I can not find a customer service number or any information on Kinsal chairs. I have tried twitter and other avenues to get a replacement part with no luck. Seems like this company hides behind Amazon... and I see the reason. After 30 days your on your own! So $200 and they get the last laugh.... run don't walk away from this shady company.
