what is the vent and discharge diameters

The lid I received had a pass through gasket for the discharge line that was for 2" pipe diameter and a female connection gasket that was for standard 2" pipe thread. A 2" ABS or PVC male adaptor fit perfectly as expected. The unit also came with a rubber pass through gasket for the pump wiring to pass through the lid. I had to make one cut to the gasket to allow two wires to pass through the gasket but again it is exactly what I had expected I would need to do having installed similar products.

Will this lid fit the jacket SF-15 Basin?

No, it is too large. For the SF15 basin you'll want to buy either the SF1850E or SF1850S cover. There is also an SF1850B model that does not have any openings that fits this basin.

Is this only compatible with Jackel Sump Basins?

My sewage basin is not a Jackel and the cover fits with the correct size and placement of the holes.
