Love these knives.
Was looking for a good high carbon knife that wouldn't break the bank.There are lots of expensive brands out there but it all boils down to the quality of the metal.These knives have been in production for a long time. There's a reason. Excellent for home and professional use. I've bought about 5 different knives from this range now.

Stays sharp
The handle is very utilitarian, hard wearing plastic, grippy enough, clearly for working with joy for show. The blade stays sharp, very nice to use.

Check the size of your knife first
I brought one size too big... The blade is too lonn for me so it is hard to control.
