How to verify that the cable ties has a tensile strength of 50 pounds？

Our factory has a professional pulling machine, which tests each batch of zip ties to ensure that the pulling force of the product reaches 50 pounds. Individual buyers can also test: Put 50 pounds of items into the bag and slowly lift the bag with the zip ties. If the zip ties are not broken, it is 50 pounds. Remember, it must be lifted slowly, because if the lifting speed is too fast, the product may be overweight and cause the zip ties to break.

Can I connect more than one cable ties to extend the length?

As you can see in the video, you can connect as many as you want, Just insert the zip tie tail into the other self-locking key and tie-up.

Are those wire ties easy to break ? Reliable? Heavy Duty ?

Our black zip ties are made of UV resistant halogen free nylon 66, can be bent thousands of times, not easy to break. Nylon 66 features excellent performance with resistance to a low temperature of -40F to a high of 185F and a fire rating of 94V-2. They are also UV resistant and waterproof which can be safely exposed directly to the sunlight and rain.
