DeckUp Hermes Engineered Wood Study & Computer Table and Office Desk (Walnut, Matte Finish)

I was looking for a value for money table for my office space, in white colour. I also needed just a little bit of storage for my small medical instruments. This table does the job quite well. The aesthetic is pleasant to the eye and looks quite well finished. Even the handles used are quite reliable and good. The draw and the shelf space both have adequate storage. My laptop and printer both fit nicely on top, and I have extra space for writing on paper too. I got it fitted together by a carpenter, but this will be easy to do it yourself if you have the time and the tools. A note on cleaning - I usually use a slightly moist sponge wipe, with a drop of liquid soap. I wipe the surface twice every day. In two weeks, the white has stayed white. The surface tends to pick up a bit of dust and fingerprint, but it is matte finish so I believe except for the very critical or picky person (like me), most will not even notice. A small mention regarding the corners - there is definitely some care taken so that the corners are reasonably safe and not skin-tearing sharp - but I will still ask most people to be careful and use corner guards, stickers, or anything to protect yourself and your little ones. In general I want to see better work from our manufacturers on such safety aspects. The rounding off in this table is good in the arm spaces and just ok in the corners - it is definitely better than a local carpenter's work or items made with 1mm laminates, but there is scope for improvement. Also there is no leg rest or foot rest piece, if you are particular about that. My usage will be 8 hrs a day, and for my usage I can see this product easily lasting for 4-5 years at least provided I don't try to disassemble or shift it. With engineered wood, we always need to be careful about movement, shifting or disassembly, and this table is no different in that respect. Use it carefully and sensibly, and you will get a great service life from this product. I have purchased a few other products from DeckUp, and I am beginning to trust their product range for the precision in fit and finish, and of course the value for money. I am happy with this purchase; I highly recommend this for anyone that plans to purchase a table that will stay in one place and be used daily.

Good Product with Excellent After-Sales Support (Initial Installation Issues Resolved) I did not opt for DeckUp’s installation service at the time of purchase. After receiving the table, I found that some parts were incorrect/defective. The local technician(Amazon Technician) who came for installation was not knowledgeable and ended up damaging the table instead of fixing the issue. Even after repeated follow-ups, I did not receive proper support initially. I had also asked whether partial replacement of the incorrect parts would resolve the issue, but that was not handled correctly. After raising a complaint on Amazon and requesting to connect with the brand directly, the DeckUp support team reached out to me and provided proper assistance. They arranged for the correct replacement parts and ensured the issue was fully resolved. A knowledgeable technician visited and completed the installation professionally. Pros: Excellent after-sales support once connected with the brand Installation and technician visit cost is much lower compared to Amazon’s service The technician (Ajmal Khan) was very knowledgeable, understanding, and supportive Overall, the initial experience was frustrating due to incorrect parts and poor installation support. However, DeckUp’s after-sales service and proper technical support eventually resolved the issue satisfactorily. I appreciate the brand’s effort in taking responsibility and fixing the problem.

Its been a year from this purchase and this is what i feel Its a sturdy good quality table. I guess good enough for the price. The hinges are starting to get a little loose but that's manageable. I got the it in white color, looks very pretty but can get stained quickly.

Its end of 18-Apr-2026 and literally NOBODY RESPONDING and nobody knows WHERE is the Product, WHICH Location, WHO Delivered it to WHOM-WHEN, WHO's Stamp they received and WHAT is written on that Stamp - NOTHING MEANS NOTHING.... On TOP OF IT, Amazon Customer Service is BLANK and cannot be contacted at all. DECKUp is FRAUD Company - not responding WHERE is Product and WHEN will be Delivered to us, BlueDart numerous complaints NO RESPONSE as they don't know WHO Delivered to WHOM, WHEN, WHERE but Status updated is Delivered on 16-Apr-2026 8.06 PM. WE PAID 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT while ordering it on Amazon.
