I bought this on May 18th 2022 got it within a day or so, typical Amazon deliver times spot on I'd say. I live in a rv at a trailer park. My yard is 1/4 acre and I cut the whole thing twice a week.This trimmer easily splits in 2 for optimal storage. This makes my life easier being just a gas trimmer. Just over 2 years old and have done regular oil changes at the end of each season, store with no fuel in it and it starts second pull after choke.The only bad I've dealt with is the head. Pretty cheap. Do yourself a favor and buy B07VYCZMR9 head replacement and get some quality string it'll last for years obviously.

first use of it worked well.. second use, i flooded the engine, opened the intake full, after trying to pull the starter a few times to clear the engine— then it worked well.. power is good.. was able to cut down 1/2 inch weeds and branches deciently. rev it to full power and chop away. so far so good.. the tank i got about an hour of use. was able to cover a half acre. the blade at full power stops when it hits fencing — i like this feature.. i am not afraid to get near it to chop the vegitation. the blade is ‘soft’ so if you hit stone it will deform. after a few uses and hitting rock and brick lost about an 1/8 inch on one blade and bent ends on the other. when it hits rocks, it doesnt toss them far, so safe from windows. havent tried the fish line cutter. its a bit heavy, so adjust the arm strap correctly. once set, it works like a charm..

I believe in responding positively when a Seller makes an attempt to make things right. Initially, I wanted to return what I thought was a piece of crap. They offered a full refund when Amazon wouldn’t help me. I have had this for about 3 weeks and after deciphering the instruction manual (with misleading graphics on how to attach trimmer head) and reading the fine print on the throttle control lock, I finally attached the trimmer head and can start the unit in about 2-3 pulls. Although 2x heavier than my previous trimmer, this seems to be more substantial physically. My only feedback to Seller is: Don’t hide behind a text/email - ANSWER your published Cust Service number! I waited 2x for 40 mins to be told “you are the next caller” before being hung up on. Hence 4 stars. If you like a challenge in getting stuff to run, this is your item.

I bought this for my husband in October and he used it twice with no problem, stored it for winter and now it will not do anything. He has changed out the gas changed the spark plug and tried various thing to get it to start with nothing working. There is a manufacturer warranty but good luck getting ahold of anyone.He has called several times waiting on hold for at least an hour each time for a voicemail with no return call as well as contacting them by email, no response. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

This is a great weed wacker. Even after sitting for 4 or 5 hours after running it, it starts first pull. The throttle lock is amazing. Makes it better to focus on the cut rather than the right throttle amount. The head is a little tough to string up but not the worst. I actually switched the head out with the echo speed feed head 400. The only thing I would recommend is to make some interchangeable attachments for this. Such as a metal blade edger, hedge trimmer, pole saw. If you guys have some or know of some that would fit this product, please let me know. I will order them. I run a lawn business and use those attachments on my other trimmer daily

Powerful motor. A little difficult to start. Locking the cover on the trimmer line spool is extremely difficult. I hope I can solve this.. if not, I will not recommend purchasing this weed trimmer. This seems to be a solid machine. They need to redesign the trimmer line spool which makes using it a challenge. Update…I have had this unit for a a few months and I am extremely pleased with it. Very powerful and durable. I have cut down thick brush with the blade and I put a different string spool on it which was a game changer . It is a little heavy but I have gotten used to that through much use. It is much quieter than a 2 cycle motor and really does the job. And yes I would buy again.

Got it and within 20 minutes I was using it. I think the brush blade is too heavy and cause a wobble but it worked pretty decent. I was really surprised. Btw I’m 6’2” and 230 and decent shape. This gets heavy. Also I was cutting fur tree limbs (small) over my head.
