For me, a small bottle is easier to find in the refrigerator door than in kitchen cabinets or drawers. TIP: Replace the bottle cap with an eye-dropper lid. This smoke is strong and often one only needs a few drops to subtly flavor a whole dish. My pharmacist gave me one at no cost. **Q: Have you fixed the leaking lids during shipping yet? I really want to order this, but the reviews are getting to me.** A: Still leaking! Received 6/28/23 **Q: Are they gluten free?** A: This liquid smoke has nothing added as other ones do. You can go to their website and read their story on how they make it. It is only water and natural hickory, apple, or mesquite wood smoke concentrate.
