GABA makes me feel almost euphoric. Super relaxing

GABA GABA GOOD!
This supplement worked slightly better for me than Calm My Brain. I prefer this one. I've noticed I have better focus and increased productivity since taking it. I like that it can help for people that work out; that's good for me because I lift weights. I definitely recommend it.

It’s getting kinda expensive, but it works!
I use this product to help balance my mood and low my stress and anxiety. It works great as long as I am consistent in taking it.

NOT the same mechanism of action as medications that work on gaba receptors
Initially after I took this supplement it knocked me out for about an hour, but then it caused intense insomnia later that night. that I was wide awake for a solid hr with no sign of sleep in sight. I had to take another sleep med to get any sleep at all & I still feel an uncomfortable with an over activated feeling. I have taken theanine & lemon balm together which helped me sleep so I know the gaba gave me the intense insomnia. Tried Gaba alone & had the same reaction many yrs ago. I did NOT have the same problem with benozs which worked correctly, so evidently, the supplement gaba is NOT the same. I am sensitive to medications & supplements to begin with.

I use 1GABA when I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps to get me back to sleep. No side effects the next day.

Did I get a bad batch this time?
I have been taking this for a few years and it works well. The last bottle I got was not the same. It made my legs feel on fire from the inside and they felt very heavy and I couldn’t stop moving them or the discomfort would increase. My husband took 1 and he never has tried it and he had the same reaction.
